Federal and State Reporting and Disclosure Requirements

The University maintains a web-based inventory of all reports and disclosures required by the federal and state governments.  Reminders of upcoming due dates are sent electronically to the person responsible for the report, his/her supervisor, and the respective division head.  Once submitted, reports are uploaded to the UNI Government Reporting website.  

 A link "Consumer Information" on the University's home page takes one to the list of disclosure statements mandated by the state and federal government.
